3.2. Physical product return policies are defined by individual vendors. BuySell Network holds no responsibility or liability for vendor return policies or their enforcement.
4. Vendors
4.1. Vendors operate independently on the BuySell Network. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for any actions, products, or content of third-party vendors.
4.2. Users must exercise caution and diligence when dealing with vendors. Any grievances or disputes with vendors must be resolved directly with the said vendor.
5. Vendor Marketplace
5.1. BuySell Network provides a platform for vendors but does not guarantee the authenticity, quality, or legality of products or services offered.
5.2. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence before making any purchase.
6. Referral Business
6.1. Users may refer others to the BuySell Network. BuySell Network is not responsible for any promises, guarantees, or offers made by users to their referrals.
7. Affiliate Management
7.1. BuySell Network provides affiliate management tools but is not responsible for the relationships, agreements, or disputes between vendors and their affiliates.
8. Affiliate Tracking and Sales
8.1. Affiliates may earn commissions as defined by individual vendors. BuySell Network is not responsible for commission disputes or payment delays.
8.2. While BuySell Network provides tracking tools, we do not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness, or uninterrupted functionality.
9. Cookies and Tracking
9.1. BuySell Network uses cookies, pixel tracking, and other data collection methods to enhance user experience and for analytical purposes.
9.2. By using BuySell Network, you consent to such tracking and data collection.
10. Data Collection and Breach
